Payment Methods
- On-line secured credit card payment with one of the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard or American Express through Luottokunta credit card service company.
- Offline payment by bank transfer to the Aalto University Foundation. IMPORTANT – make sure that the reference number appears on the reference field and your name on the message field of the bank transfer.
- Online bank through Finnish banks (requires Finnish bank account – Sampo/Nordea/Osuuspankki)
- Invoice - internal invoice only for Aalto University employees
Cancellations of registration
Cancellations should be done by email to the Congress Secretariat. For cancellations made before July 1st 100 % of the fees will be refunded. For cancellations made between July 1st and July 15th, 50 % of the fees will be refunded. No fees will be refunded for cancellations made after July 15th. A processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress. Replacement of participant is accepted by 15 August for an extra charge of 50 €.
